We at thefabricart know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and also at your expected time, so we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible.
We offer free Standard Shipping across India
Made to Measure / Customized Shirts – An indicative time period is approximately 14 working days including shipping. We typically deliver before that.
Standard Shirts – A delivery time of 7-14 working days will be applied. Once the order has been confirmed, you are obligated to accept
the order at the time of delivery. In case of any returns, defects etc. please refer the Cancellation & Return Policy below.
Express Delivery – Want an order delivered faster than the indicative date? Please contact our Customer Support Team and they can assist you with your requirements. An additional express shipping charge may be levied.

caused. Please contact our Customer Support Team. We can ship your order through another courier company. PS – You may not be able to opt for Cash on Delivery payment.

A standard shipping charge of USD 20 will be applicable to the Total Order.

The fabricart reserves the right to cancel any order, for circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Cancellations by customers will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request WILL NOT be entertained if the process of producing/ shipping your shirt has been started.
Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms.
Since, custom shirts are made especially for you as per your styling and measurement option, Customized / Made to Measure shirts cannot be returned or exchanged. In case of any doubts while placing the order, we encourage you to call and discuss with our team.
First alteration for any shirt ordered which will be subject to product condition, nature of alteration and possibility of the same.
Also, video and images of shirt will be shared before dispatch from TheFabricArt and similarly would be demanded in case of alteration is being asked from customer end.
Expected time of delivery for any customised shirt would be around 8-10 working days
The fabricart holds the right to accept returns/cancellations, ask for pictures of you wearing the shirt to indicate the problem areas.
If you are not satisfied with your custom shirt or require alteration, please contact our Customer Support Team. They will assist you with the procedure.
Standard Sized Shirts
Return / Exchange of non-customized shirts is valid within 7 days from the delivery date.
Please note, the original packing and the tag on the shirt should be intact, to be valid for a return.
The Fabricart does not provide Cash Refunds for any Return.
Refund will be provided in the form of Store Credits, which can be used to purchase any other product valid for 1 year.
Products on sale cannot be Exchanged / Returned.
Refund amount for all returned items will be credited to your The fabricart Account only in the form of Store Credits. The Store Credits can be redeemed at the time of Checkout, whenever you place your next order.
